Breakfast Almond SooFoo™

Refreshing nuts and berries cereal for a great-start breakfast.

Serves 4

Ingredients:
2 cups hot fat-free or soy milk
1/4 cup agave nectar
1/2 cup SooFoo™
1/2 cup chopped almonds
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1/2 cup dried berries

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Pour hot milk into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish
  3. Stir in SooFoo™, agave nectar, nuts, flaxseed and fruit
  4. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes
  5. Remove from oven and cool for 5-10 minutes
